O.W.L.S . Weight(Wise)
Join Sharon in becoming Weight(Wise), offered each Friday at 10AM! This class is great for beginners or those with more experience. This class is offered to the O.W.L.S. members, to become an O.W.L.S. member stop by 513 Barnes Street, Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM. The O.W.L.S. program is open to anyone over the age of 50.
