Here at the Dr. Eddie Floyd Florence Tennis Center we realize you have choices in your tennis training needs!  And because of this, we have assembled four recognizable and respected names in the South Carolina tennis community – Robert Hill, Laszlo Leiter, Kristie Flowers, Lee Freeman, Michael Gee, John Nance, Austin Grantham, Cade Freeman as our Director of Tennis, Head Professional, Junior Development Professional and Staff Teaching Professionals.  Yes, we are growing tennis in Florence, South Carolina, and we invite you to come be a part of this exciting growth.   A division of the Recreation Services / Sports Tourism Department of the City of Florence, the facility celebrated its twelfth birthday in 2023 by continuing to build on it’s reputation for providing a high level of quality instruction to meet the increasing needs of Florence’s tennis community.
