Online Forms and Applications
These forms and applications can be filled out online and will be emailed to Planning Department staff, who will review your request and call you for payment of any applicable fees or for more information. You can also call or email to ask for applications to be sent to you, or come in person to the Planning Department at any time. Some requests will require more information than can be provided in an online form. Contact the Planning staff with any questions you may have.
Annexation Petition - used to apply to the Planning Commission to be annexed into the City limits. Contact staff for additional paperwork.
Demolition Permit - used to obtain permission from the City-County Historical Commission before anything is demolished; needed in order to obtain a Demolition Permit from the Building Department.
Design Review Board Application - used to apply for a Certificate of Appropriateness to do work in any of the historic overlay districts.
Planning Commission Application - used to apply to the Planning Commission.
Summary Plat Application- used to submit a plat with four or fewer lots for staff approval before it can be recorded with the County.
Zoning Compliance Permit Application - used for general development or construction and to obtain a Building Permit.
Zoning Compliance Permit Application for Use - used to obtain a Business License or Peddler's License.
