The City Center Market can be rented for special or private events such as weddings, receptions, fundraisers, ticketed events, and more.
The rental rate for the Market is $25 per hour and includes access to the plaza, lawn area, outdoor pavilion, and restrooms. The Market’s commercial kitchen space is not included in the $25 rental rate but can be rented and used by a ServSafe-certified individual or group at a flat fee of $125.
All events held at this facility must first receive a permit through the Local Foods Initiative department at the City of Florence, must be able to successfully meet all event policies, and a representative is required to attend an in-person training prior to the event. Additionally, all events will be required to pay a deposit that will be refunded after their event.
