O.W.L.S. Fit & Strong
Join Sharon in getting Fit & Strong, offered each Wednesday at 10AM and each Friday at 11AM! This class is open to O.W.L.S. members, to become a member stop by 513 Barnes Street Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM. The O.W.L.S. program is offered to anyone over the age of 50.
