Attention! The City of Florence is currently experiencing a wastewater overflow from a manhole near 3300 W. Palmetto Street and a manhole near 528 Woody Jones Blvd., both adjacent to the City of Florence Trail System. Staff responded to the area yesterday and identified the location and source of the overflow, which was caused by excessive rainfall over the weekend and by the inflow and infiltration of stormwater into the system.
