Scheduled Utility Crew Maintenance

FLORENCE, SC – The City of Florence Utility Crews will continue conducting required maintenance every Wednesday over the next four or more weeks. This scheduled maintenance includes the testing of valves in a portion of the downtown area and adjacent neighborhoods (please see attached map). The next scheduled maintenance will be conducted this Wednesday, February 28, 2024.
Customers will have no loss of water service but could experience some discoloration. Should discoloration persist, please contact the Utilities Department at (843) 665-3236.
The impacted area extends from Lucas/Church Street on the east side of Florence to Calhoun Drive on the west, and from Darlington Street on the north side to Cedar Street on the south side.
