The City of Florence will launch a new Online Bill Pay site for water and sewer services, February 25, 2021. Current users of our online bill pay will need to re-register on the new site.
You will now be able to:
*Sign up for paperless billing
*View your statement history
*Sign up for recurring credit card payments
*Sign up for SMS Text-to-Pay
