FLORENCE, SC –   Under the direction of the South Carolina Supreme Court, all in-person court proceedings will resume; therefore, traffic and criminal court sessions scheduled in Florence Municipal Court will proceed on March 15, 2021.

Beginning with court scheduled at 9:00am on Monday, March 15, 2021, the City of Florence Municipal Court will hold morning court, afternoon court, and Livability Court. Defendants with scheduled court dates prior to March 15, 2021 will be notified by mail of your rescheduled court dates.
