Florence Hosting SCRPA- SCAP State Football Championship

The City of Florence Athletics/Sports Tourism will host the South Carolina Recreation & Parks Association Football State Championships this weekend at West Florence High School. Games will begin at 9am (see schedule below), and gates will open at 7:45am.

Admission fee is $6 for adults, $5 for children ages 6-12. Children under 6 are free.

Two of our local teams will be playing - Florence Junior Football League 8U and 10U.

  • 9AM - 8U State Championship - Chester vs Florence
  • 11AM - 10U DII State Championship - Pickens vs Loris
  • 1PM - 10U DI State Championship - Rock Hill vs Florence
  • 3PM - 12U DII State Championship - Abbeville vs Lake View
  • 5PM - 12U DI State Championship - Greer vs Mt. Pleasant
