FLORENCE, SC – The City of Florence precautionary boil water advisory for the customers located on Bannockburn Road, Green Acres Road from Bannockburn Road to Breckridge Circle, Cricklewood Drive, Java Road, Silver Leaf Road, Redbud Lane, Bruins Lane, Cherry Lane, the 100-600 Blocks of Howe Springs Road, Tara Village, and Southern Pines neighborhood is lifted.
Following intense flushing of the distribution system, bacteriological samples were collected and analyzed by the City of Florence. The results of this sampling indicate that the system is safe to use for drinking and cooking purposes.
