2023 Public Servant of the Year – Michael Hemingway

The City of Florence is proud to announce that Michael Hemingway received the 2023 Public Servant of the Year Award presented by the Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce and Francis Marion University. This award was presented at the Annual Outlook Luncheon on Wednesday, March 22nd at the Florence Center in recognition of his service to the community.
