The coalition is using a tool called a resource matrix to determine what resources the community has that deal with youth. The resource matrix will determine:

- Who is served.

- What time they are served.

- What activity they are involved in.

- How many youth are impacted.

- How effective the program is.

After compiling the data, a picture of available resources will be in place. The coalition can draw upon these resources and also determine what areas of the community need more services for youth.
