ACTIVITY INSTRUCTOR


40 Hr/Week, M-F, weekends and evenings

Closing date 8/6/10, 3pm

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

HS diploma, perfer a BS degree in recreation or experience in structured recreation programming with an established recreation facility; responsible for developing, coordinating and organizing recreation programs for youth and senior citizens; valid SC driver's license. Must demonstrate effective reading, writing, and verbal communications skills.  Eligible candidate must successfully complete a background check, interview, and drug screening.  Closing date 8/6/10, 3 pm

Note: The City of Florence does not accept resumes.

-Submit an original 10-year driver's record.  Include a report from each state in which you held a driver's license during the last 10 years.  In South Carolina driver's records are available at the SC Department of Motor Vehicles.  Other states have similar agencies.

-A thorough driving record and background check

-Formal interview

-Drug Screening
