• Utility Bills

  The City of Florence Online Utility Billing Service allows you to keep track of all of your online accounts and transactions in one place. Your "Personal Profile" contains only the information that you want to see without searching for your information every time you visit.

• Water and Sewer Services

  Water and Sewer services answers questions about water and sewer payments, setting up new accounts, new tap applications, and other information related to these services.

• Sanitation Department

  The Sanitation Department has information concerning cart regulations, collection schedules, and recycling. We would like to encourage you to help Florence become a better, cleaner city.

• Stormwater Department

  The City of Florence Stormwater Operations Division is responsible for installing and maintaining storm drains and drainage ditches in public areas and along City streets and street sweeping inside the City.

• Surface Water Treatment

  To ensure the City’s drinking water constantly meets or exceeds the standards set forth in the federal Safe Drinking Water Act, the City of Florence routinely collects sampling data for nearly 100 elements and substances that may be present in public drinking water supplies from both organic and man-made sources.   The Wastewater Treatment Division is in charge of safe and proper handling and disposal of City waste water.
