There is nothing like the joy and pride that come with owning one’s own home.  This program can make a dream a reality, and the City of Florence is proud to be able to play a significant role in making this dream come true.

The City of Florence is now accepting affordable housing applications for its North Pointe Subdivision. The City’s Affordable Housing Program provides eligible, first-time homebuyers with up to $10,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance towards the purchase of a home.

The North Pointe Subdivision is located off Williams Boulevard and has rolled curb and gutter, decorative streetlights, and underground utilities. The homes will start at approximately $100,000. There is a $25.00 application fee. The 27 homes will be constructed, as funding allows, on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please contact Scotty Davis at (843) 665-3175 for further information.
