Adopt-A-Park

Our park facilities are constantly in need of  improvements and increased levels of maintenance.  As one means to meet this end, the City of Florence, through the Parks and Beautification Commission, sponsors the Adopt-A-Park program.  This program encourages individual citizens, businesses, and groups to adopt their own “park”.  An entire park, or an area within a park may be adopted.  This may be for supplying individual items such as picnic tables, playground equipment, trees, etc., or you may wish to provide the funding for all maintenance at a specific site.  For further information on this great program, contact the Streets and Beautification Division at 665-3236.
