An Ordinance to amend the
budget for the City of Florence, South Carolina,
for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2003, and ending June 30,
2004.
b. Bill No. 2003-30 - Second Reading
An Ordinance amending Chapter
20, Article II, Division 4 of the
City of Florence, South Carolina Code of Ordinances pertaining to
taxicabs.
c. Bill No. 2003-31 - Second Reading
An Ordinance approving the issuance of a Community Facilities
Revenue Refunding Bond by the Florence City-County Agricultural
Commission and the pledging of revenue and real property of the
Florence City-County Agricultural Commission to secure payment of
the same.
d. Bill No. 2003-32 - Second Reading
An Ordinance to rezone property owned by McLeod Regional
Medical Center of the Pee Dee, Inc. located between the 1000
blocks of East Cheves Street and East Palmetto Street by amending
the Zoning Atlas of the City of Florence.
e. Bill No. 2003-33 - Second Reading
An Ordinance to rezone property owned by McLeod Regional
Medical Center of the Pee Dee, Inc. located at 1004 Cox Street by
amending the Zoning Atlas of the City of Florence.
f. Bill No. 2003-34 - Second Reading
An Ordinance to rezone properties owned by Mr. C. V. Flowers
and Flowers Realty Co., Inc. located at 804 (A-K) Second Loop Road
and 1500, 1501, 1502, 1503, and 1504 Heritage Lane by amending the
Zoning Atlas of the City of Florence.
g. Bill No. 2003-35 - Second Reading
An Ordinance to annex and zone
properties owned by several residents in the
Windsor Forest Subdivision by amending the Zoning Atlas of the
City of
Florence.

An Ordinance to rezone properties owned by Gary Crawford,

of Florence.
b. Bill No. 2003-36 - First Reading
A Series Ordinance making
provision for the terms and conditions of
a combined Waterworks and Sewerage System Revenue Bond of the City
of Florence, South Carolina, authorized by a Bond Ordinance of the
City
of Florence adopted October 24, 1989.
c. Bill No. 2003-37 - First Reading
An Ordinance to set special connection fee rates for the 2004
sanitary sewer system extensions in the Windsor Forest/Grove Park
Subdivision areas.
d. Bill No. 2003-38 - First Reading
An Ordinance to set special connection fee rates for the 2004
sanitary sewer system extensions in the Lakewood Subdivision area.
