An Ordinance to authorize the lease of a portion of the
elevated tank and water plant site at
1006 West Darlington Street, for the placement of a radio
equipment building, antenna system and
coaxial transmission line.

2002-44 - First Reading
A Series Ordinance to authorize the borrowing of not
exceeding $2,517,834, plus capitalized
interest, if any, from the South Carolina Water Quality Revolving
Authority (the “State Authority”) for a 3.75% interest loan to
finance a portion of the construction
costs of a raw water storage facility at the Pee Dee River
Regional Water System; the acquisition of a standby
engine-generator unit at the raw
water pump station; and the construction of ammonia feed systems
to be added to eight existing groundwater plants.
