An Ordinance to amend the budget for the
City of Florence, South Carolina, for the fiscal year beginning
July 1, 2002, and ending June 30, 2003.
b. Bill No. 2002-38 - Second Reading
An Ordinance to annex and zone property
owned by Mr. Carlton Davis located at 221 East High Hampton Road
by amending the Zoning Atlas of the City of Florence.
c. Bill No. 2002-39 - Second Reading
An Ordinance to annex and zone properties owned
by Lexus Developers, Ms. Joyce Evans, and Michael Atkinson

VIII. INTRODUCTION OF ORDINANCES
a. Bill No. 2002-36 - First Reading
An Ordinance to authorize the lease of a
portion of the elevated tank and water plant site at 1006 West
Darlington Street, for the placement of a radio equipment
building, antenna system and coaxial transmission line.
b. Bill No. 2002-41 - First Reading
An Ordinance to amend the Budget for the
City of Florence, South Carolina, for the fiscal year beginning
July 1, 2002, and ending June 30, 2002.
c. Bill No. 2002-42 - First Reading
An Ordinance to provide for the holding of
the 2003 Municipal Election for the occupancy of the Office of
Mayor and two At-Large City Council seats and for certain times
for the filing of nomination petitions, holding primaries or
conventions, the entry of candidates for nominations in
municipal party primary elections or conventions and the time
for closing of entries.
