b. Bill No. 2002-10 - Second Reading
An annexation request by Dailey Development for
properties located on
Third Loop Road and shown more specifically on Florence County
Tax
Map 151, Block 1, Parcels 55, 56 and 64, approximately 14 acres
and the
adjacent 50 foot storm drainage right-of-way owned by the City
of Florence.
c. Bill No. 2002-11 - Second Reading
An Ordinance to raise revenue and adopt a budget for
the City of Florence,
South Carolina, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2002, and
ending
June 30, 2003.

An Ordinance to amend the text of the
Article IV of Chapter 14 regarding
Alarm Systems by amending and replacing Sections 14-1 through
14-56
of
the Code of Ordinances.
b. Bill No. 2002-13 - First Reading
An Ordinance to annex and zone the properties owned
by Legacy LLC,
Westside Developers LLC and First Assembly of God Church located
off West Palmetto Street and West Cashua Drive by amending the
Zoning
Atlas of the City of Florence.
c. Bill No. 2002-14 - First Reading
An
Ordinance to annex and zone the properties owned by Darlington
Properties and the City of Florence located off West Palmetto
Street and
off Smith Drive by amending the Zoning Atlas of the City of
Florence.
d. Bill No. 2002-15 - First Reading
An Ordinance to annex properties owned by Donna
McLaughlin, Trustee,
located off Green Acres Road.
e. Bill No. 2002-16 - First Reading
An Ordinance to rezone property owned by Mr. Gary
Finklea and Mr. Thomas
Stoughton for property located off the 3500 block of South Irby
Street by
amending the Zoning Atlas of the City of Florence.

An Ordinance to establish a fee schedule for
provision of special fire service
for events and/or incidents.
IX. INTRODUCTION OF RESOLUTION
a. Resolution No. 2002-03
A resolution authorizing the City Manager to
complete, and the Mayor to
execute and submit an application to the South Carolina Water
Quality
Revolving Fund Authority for a low interest loan from the
Drinking Water
Revolving Loan Fund in the amount of $2,600,000 to finance a
portion of
the constructions costs of a raw water storage facility to be
constructed
at the Pee Dee River Regional Water System; the acquisition of a
standby
engine-generator unit at the raw water pump station; and the
acquisition of
ammonia feed equipment to be added at eight existing groundwater
plants.
